and meanwhile ....
On Sunday June 14 we were awakened an almost polar cold ... but that did not discourage us to ride our bikes and accompany the group "Motorcycles Andean" to travel the nearly 100 Km. To Tunuyán to perform an act of solidarity.
After traveling Route 40 and get into a side dirt road for about 10 Km., We arrived to a whole shanty town, forgotten world. We expected a lot of smiling faces, families with tears in his eyes, knowing that behind our black leather uniforms had a lot of solidarity souls willing to bring some relief to such a need.
We got off our bikes and human caravan, we were depositing what everyone had gathered for these people: food, milk and clothing.
It was a unique moment, because solidarity, the principle is a selfish act. Because when you start in this wonderful way of solidarity (which means assist someone continually shape and stay with him until solve the problem), because actually we do well, it's a great mime to our soul. The fact lend a hand to other means, for ourselves, a great help.
The day passed between tears and laughter, sharing with the local people a barbecue, lectures, where we internalize the needs they have, played with the children and enjoyed an evening of pure emotion with our brothers route to time to take around with the commitment to return ...
Throughout the years we practice it to be supportive, we discover that there are people who are good and hardworking (and thank God, are still more) and are forgotten the command of God .... and that every time we come to a place, to leather, the roar of motorbikes and a little help, but contemplating the happiness on the faces of children and people who are waiting for us, we feel that what we do makes sense and, finally, "Solidarity, at first, is selfish" then becomes "great mutual act of love".
